Mediatek wireless network dongle #3

I have a Mediatek wireless network dongle, which uses the mt7601u kernel module on Linux.

Is it possible to compile this module myself and add it to the corresponding directory on the USB flash drive?

I couldn't find compiling instructions in the kernel repository.

Almost 2 years late to the party here, but did you ever find out how to compile additional kernel modules for project eris? I have a wifi adapter which uses the rtl8812au module, and would like to add support for it.

I compiled the module but it didn't work. I ended up using some files I got from the ModMyClassic Discord server.

On the other hand, my adapter worked with the stock AutoBleem files, no need to modify anything.
