his comments: These files have not been peer reviewed, but have been vetted by scientists with extensive amounts of experience with virology and molecular biology, I hope they help.

also, I think you should provide other means of people sending information (1) not everyone knows how to use github, (2) some people need a more secure way of sending files.

Hello,

If possible, can you include the files as .txt or .pdf exports. We cannot open docx due to security risks for our operating system (Tails OS).

wuhanbatgirl commented 4 years ago

@Project-Evidence yes, will do

The Response to Proximal Origins paper is very interesting. Has this been submitted as a pre-print anywhere, for example to bioRxiv?

Thank you very much for converting to .pdf, we appreciate it.

wuhanbatgirl commented 4 years ago

It was submitted to bioRxiv as well as a few other publications and rejected, I think you can contact the author whose contact info is in one of those PDFs for more details. Afaik, all rejections were pretty vague not addressing substantive points in the paper.

Hello,

We have just released Revision 2 which includes the src folder with all of our source code. You are welcome to include these papers and their respective sections in the source code in future commits.

We will try to include "Response to Proximal Origins" in Revision 3. As for the other documents, should they still be added or did the edits to Revision 2 suffice in terms of covering their content?
