This is potential additional source for section 9.8 Wuhan Legal Response. The content of the document is that PLA Naval University of Engineering is implementing temperature check as of January 2.

There are images of this document floating around at Twitter, for example https://twitter.com/jenniferatntd/status/1228435515776667649. I am trying to track down better source. Seemingly accurate non-machine translation is in the same thread. Seemingly accurate transcription is at https://kqh.me/200/. The later link also suggests this is widely known in Chinese internet, simply cited as 1-02文件.
