Fix: Update Copyright Notices to Comply with Apache License 2.0 #626

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR updates the license information in the codebase to include the contributions made by The HAMi Authors. The original license from NVIDIA CORPORATION is preserved, and a new license section is added to reflect the modifications made by The HAMi Authors. This ensures that all contributors are properly credited and that the project complies with the Apache License 2.0 requirements.

  • Derivative Works;：You must keep all the copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the original software in the source code of any derivative works you distribute.
