Various misc improvements

When merged this pull request will:

• Allow Turned out gunners to aim all the way to the rear of of the aircraft
• Removes the minigun burst continuing on after trigger release
• Changes UH60M MEDEVAC to HH60M MEDEVAC
• Hides the hoist on the Slick variant
• Changes the Slick variant to still have door gunners
