ips patches #3

Instead of using names to check if it is patchable, is it possible to add a crc check on the file ?

Implies renaming the ips files to include the crc, for example "Alien Soldier (Europe)***0496E06C.ips". By splitting, you can still test the filename if no CRC added in the filename.

Hi, this is something we want to implement but I think we might have already done so. I will check with the desktop team and review the commits.

But it absolutely makes sense to do so anyway
