Asia version. started a game using GX-plus in Emulation Station, then quit that game using the Close Content option. Next, chose a different 6-button game (SSF2) from Retroarch using the picodrive core without returning to ES. Upon loading, I received the "6b controller configured in port #0 message", but the controller was being treated as a 3-button controller. (start button to switch punches and kicks, etc.) I was able to replicate this behavior several times. When trying the same thing with GX plus, the controller is configured correctly.
