Isaac's Victory Poses has Toon Link's gimmicks+Victory Announcer Issue #4

If you win a match as Isaac, some of his 'Ike' victory poses has Toon Link's gimmicks: his "You'll get no sympathy from me" has the pig appear on his face; his "I fight for my friends" pose has Toon Link's musical instrument/whatever thing he has.

Regarding the announcer; somehow the SlotConfig or the FighterConfig, can't remember has a hex coding that has the announcer say "CONGRATULATIONS" before the announcer can even say "And the winner is...".
