Twitter and Discord Bot #4

Create Twitter bot. I currently have a Twitter API bot named @bit_pusha. Can repurpose for Mojos project.

Will need to create new Discord Server for Mojos and will need to update configuration of discord.ts and twitter.ts files

Will need assistance but this is a "nice to have" functionality to have bots post to Twitter & Discord on auction updates. We can launch without this functionality.
