Hi @KumoLiu , I would suggest to check out @ericspod 's post: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAI/issues/7866

In the discussion, we would just do a hotfix to limit numpy version, and that should be the only difference between 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.
