XNAT integration with MONAI Label for training #1342

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. a few customers from APJ are looking for an end-to-end solution with MONAILabel integrated with XNAT. We have successfully set up the connection. However, the training can't be triggered from XNAT yet.

Describe the solution you'd like We would hope to get the training pipeline be triggered through XNAT so that the customer can demonstrate the end-to-end workflow.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently, we triggered training through 3Dslicer which is not ideal for customer

We have some work done on xnat integration but this is mainly driven by xnat development team and we provided the required support for integration..

It will be better if you create a feature request on the xnat site as well.. that can help to bring the right audience to help you on the usecase you are targeting for..
