Thanks for reporting this. We previously had a similar issue: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAILabel/issues/1332 Can you download the Slicer Preview Release 5.3.0 and try again? https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAILabel/issues/1332#issuecomment-1460514463
