As for endoscopic_inbody_classification, it would be better to prepare a script for users to create datalist (as https://github.com/Project-MONAI/model-zoo/blob/dev/models/brats_mri_segmentation/scripts/prepare_datalist.py does)

As for endoscopic_tool_segmentation, it would be nice to provide a way for users to process the dataset from https://endovissub2017-roboticinstrumentsegmentation.grand-challenge.org/Data/ in order to run the bundle conveniently.

In addition, better to rename readme.md to README.md to align with other bundles.
