A request was made earlier to mention support for Clara AGX hardware in the "MONAI-Operating-Environments" document. Accordingly added AGX hardware spec in the Staging & Production Server sections of this document. The hw spec itself was taken from what is offered in the AGX developer kit page available at https://developer.nvidia.com/clara-agx-devkit

Another request for this guideline is to update the cloud section. Right now the development/integration environment recommends k8s as the container orchestration, but the cloud section recommends a Linux VM.
