Update the favicon to match the official logo #3

Similar to https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAI/issues/295, the website uses this file for the favicon: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/project-monai.github.io/blob/master/img/MNN-icon.png

As per the logo assets, it should probably have the hexagon around it: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/project-monai.github.io/blob/master/assets/logo/MONAI-logo_favicon.png
