Add tutorial for VISTA2D+CellProfiler #1802

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The MONAI label plugin for CellProfiler needs a tutorial to show case:

  1. How to start the MONAI label with vsita2d app.
  2. How to install CellProfiler as a Viewer
  3. How to connect the CellProfiler and MONAI label vista2d server and label images.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a tutorial to illustrate the problems mentioned in the last part.
