Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current tutorial accompanies the paper but doesn't contain latest features for accelerating training.

Describe the solution you'd like Optimize training using MONAI's acceleration features like those from the fast training tutorial. Test different optimizers and network parameters and make updates as necessary.
