Get the emulator to output video.

This includes (tentative):

[ ] Create emulator host event loop on a separate thread and initialize window on pygame side.
[ ] Minimal emulation of LCD descriptors.
- Maybe a good time to think about how do we efficiently exchange pixel buffer data between host and guest.
[ ] Implement at least rgbSetColor, rgbSetBkColor, ClearScreen and WriteString so we can run a hello world with syscalls only.
