Decide if GSD-Heat/NWN-DTK frontend will switch over as well or wait until timescaledb migration.

There are two screen shots below. The top one shows the current output, the second one the updated output with one caveat: the database name is the id of the input ESDL used for the mesido calculation. This will be updated to the id of the output esdl. The main changes:

The database name is the id of the output ESDL (not yet in the bottom screen shot, see above).
There are two measurements (tables) which have as names the id’s of the ‘Primary’ and ‘Primary_ret’ carriers. Before there was a measurement per ESDL object.
Each measurement now has several tags, see screen shot. The ‘simulationRun’ is equal to the output ESDL id (which is equal to the database name: again not in the bottom screen shot, see above). This is double information in the case of omotes but necessary due to other types of output format for ESDL calculations.

@WouterSpaak Had the wrong issue before. It isn't # 27 but this is the correct issue regarding the schema change: Please ping Mark for the latest state when you start working on changing the query at the Design Toolkit frontend.
