User defined postfix on OMOTES job results

Goal: Add a job reference, given by the user, to the output ESDL name.

Proposed design:

At protocol:

• Extend https://github.com/Project-OMOTES/omotes-sdk-protocol/blob/main/src/job.proto#L4 with a string called 'job_reference'

At typescript sdk:

• Extend a job submission to now require also a job_reference string.

At python sdk:

• Extend a job submission to now require also a job_reference string.
• Extend the internal worker SDK to expect a job reference string in the Celery task.

At optimizer worker:

• Parse the input ESDL and capture the name.
• Parse the result ESDL from mesido to an ESDL system and overwrite the name with <input_esdl_name>_<job reference> and dump the ESDL back to a string.

At simulator worker:

• Overwrite the output ESDL name with <output_esdl_name>_<job reference> prior to dumping the ESDL to string.

At orchestrator:

• Pass the JobSubmission.job_reference to the Celery task

At omotes system:

• Nothing needed except for updates
