63: Implement manual delivery limit and refactor integration tests to… #64

… allow for multiple tests. Also add integration test for hard crash, high throughput and cancel functionality.

Couple of big items:

Manual delivery limit is added to task_progress_update_handler in main.py
Unit tests for task_progress_update_handler have been added.
Refactor integration tests to allow for multiple tests to exist.
Added a cancel & hard crash integration test cases. The hard crash test case tests the new delivery limit functionality.
Updated SDK to newest version.

TODO (notes for self):

~Update SDK to 3.0.1 (or whatever) once Cheng-Kai releases the updated SDK. Waiting on a version with dlq for cleanup.~
