DOC: Validation pipe diameter sizing in rst file format #136

This PR contains all validation done so far on the pipe diameters sizing by the optimizer routine. Content has already been reviewed by Ivo Pothof. Please check and accept, such that the documentation becomes available for the users.

I think Jim should also review it, and perhaps indicate the sections that will be outdated in the new release.
