Electricity usage of district heating network #18

Is there an existing issue for this?

What would your feature do ?

Show the total electricity usage, based on the sources and the dynamic (heat demand), in which heat sources have a COP. Preferably in MWh/year (average over next thirty years) and max MW peak, so we can see what the impact of the network is on the electricity grid.

Proposed workflow

  1. Go to simulate network
  2. Press simulate
  3. One of the KPI is the electricity usage in MWh/year and max peak in MW

This is something to take into account KPI calculator (@samvanderzwan)? and also the KPI dashboard (@WouterSpaak). We will be having a workshop in Q1-Q2 2024 on what results we want to have as KPI's. We can then take this along.
