[Bug]: PoC - mapeditor not loading ESDL - KPI issue

What happened?

When polygon areas do not have the same KPIs (the one's that display when you hover over the area), then the mapeditor does not load the ESDL at all.

Attached the ESDL file: PoC Tutorial_GrowOptimized_broken_due_to_kpi.txt

Steps to reproduce the problem

What should have happened?

What browsers do you use to access the UI?

There was an issue like this before which was resolved, I am not sure if this is the same bug again.

Issue is fixed (in main branch of MapEditor). Should not occur anymore in next release
