GROW_Simulator check on available power #4

What would your feature do ?

If the GROW_Simulator is run, a check if the available power at the powerProducer(s) is enough for the powerDemand.

@ladderup I don't understand your request, can you elaborate?

Thanks @samvanderzwan, we have added this check for the heating demand vs installed power capacity. So we can also do check for the installed power. I will take this further in the optimizer. https://github.com/Multi-Energy-Systems-Optimization/mesido/issues/177
