This replaces the brew install md5sha1sum step which:

Is currently failing due to changes in homebrew unrelated to node-osrm: #245
And also is wrong: I think it should have been brew install coreutils instead.
But this removes the need for the external dependency completely by replacing with a cross-platform node.js script.
