File naming conventions

@DennisOSRM seeing that you switched from camel case ComputeAngle.h to compute_angle.hpp do you propose a new naming convention for files?

Heads up: I am on a quest to replace all .h files with .hpp, make all paths lower-case and replacing camel-cased file names with underscores. This may hurt a little when rebasing branches
