bicycle routing ignores vehicle:forward=agricultural #6262

Example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/156469162 from N to S. This is the forward direction, so vehicle:forward=agricultural implies that cycling (unless with a trailer full of hay or something) is forbidden in that direction. Grasshopper routes correctly here.
