I have raised a PR (#6703) that needs reviewing.

I have created a new PR (#7013) that implements support for countries based on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access_restrictions. This PR is ready for review - but I see no way to assign a reviewer %-?
