Line spacing for instructions box is too large. #15

A lot of real estate is wasted on line spacings, e.g.:

This is a direct port of https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox.js/example/v1.0.0/mapbox-directions/ (we use the same css file). The look should remain somewhat consistent. I think @samanpwbb did the original theme.

Yes, right. Let's keep that in sync. But the wasted space makes it much harder to use
