Normally if we create annotations but don't submit them they are not saved.
When we add a comment on a new annotation, it does save the annotation and the comment. So if we quit the task without submitting it, the annotation (and comment) is saved and does re-appear when reloading task.
Also, the only way to clean it is to remove the annotations and submit the task -> aka note it at done (problematic)
