feat(APLOSE): Add "Proposed by osmose" bar in the interface [ADEV-55] #201

To merge after https://github.com/Project-OSmOSE/osmose-app/pull/200

(All commits regarding this fix starts with the ADEV-55 id, so for now there is only one commit to review)

Added a banner ad the bottom of every page with the link of osmose page.
