my .tmux.conf as promissed #13

This is my .tmux.conf file. needs to be saved in your home folder (~).

All it does is enable vim commands durring scrolling mode (ctr+b [) tmux .conf.txt

Note: You will need to remove the ".txt" at the end and add a "." at the beginning (to make it hidden). Github was giving me issues uploading a hidden .conf file..
