Add and communicate a policy for removal of inactive accounts #578

EU law (GDPR) says that sites should delete all inactive users' personal data after a certain amount of time.

We should announce and remove inactive accounts that were not logged in in the last year, every year.

I will assign this to myself for making a proposal on how to change the privacy policy to include this topic.
