[CHANGE] Persist "Control arms individually" setting in pose menu #793

About The Pull Request

Makes the "Control arms individually" persistent in localstorage instead of having it reset each time the posing tab is unfocused.

Changelog

Platform changes:
- The "Control arms individually" toggle now remembers how it was set instead of disabling itself all the time
