[Passive Export - 3.17] Gathering Winds has missing and wrong text #71

The last stat line of Gathering Winds is malformed, and it's missing a line saying you and allies have tailwind.

Official PoE site shows stat text that doesn't match what we have. https://www.pathofexile.com/ascendancy/classes/Deadeye

Still has this issue in 3.17.

Stat text is fixed by https://github.com/Project-Path-of-Exile-Wiki/PyPoE/pull/121/commits/6764fc2370d69f3ef40dc5598f0aba6ec592a112; reminder text for gale force and tailwind is not yet being pulled through; they should be in the extra_strings of those stats' translations.
