While already at the bottom of (I tried a bunch of random pages, and all pages I tried exhibited this behaviour, so presumably) any page on the wiki; scrolling downwards continuously makes the page slowly creep either upwards or downwards. This also makes scrollable elements slowly break.
Stopping that and just scrolling upwards again makes the page return to normal, however.
I haven't seen this behaviour on any other websites other than poewiki, but I also only see this behaviour in specifically that browser on my phone only.
Reproduction steps:
Go to for example Volcanic Fissure page. scroll to the bottom, keep scrolling.
