Add 'Animated' tags to divination cards

Describe the bug:

Surface a list of animated divination cards on the front-end of the wiki. Display the 'animated' tag somewhere on the individual card pages.

Reproduction steps:

Look at a divination card page that I know is animated. See that there's no mention of it being animated. Panik. Some example cards I've found include: The Hale Heart Perfection Astral Protection The Bear Woman The Lord of Celebration The Celestial Stone Dying Light The Endless Darkness

That is something else entirely. We're replicating the animated backgrounds that already exist in game. The other person you referenced is doing fan art.

Sorry, my mistake. I skimmed their post and site on my phone and got too excited thinking they'd coincidentally done some of the same/similar legwork.
