Offline precompiled portable binary? #8

I just found out that an internet friend of mine in China gets an error when trying to use bc.betterrepack.com even though they followed the process correctly (I even sent them a demonstration video on how to go about doing the process).

Furthermore, the Twitter link on bc.betterrepack.com is dead, and the direct links for languages have broken as well ( https://bc.betterrepack.com/?lang=fr would have been the direct link for French) which doesn't instill confidence in the long-term available of bc.betterrepack.com.

So I'm suggesting an offline precompiled portable binary or the like (basically some way that it can be ran from a USB flash drive on not just a Windows PC but also on a Linux PC, whether via Wine, in a web browser, or an actual program made available as both an EXE and an AppImage).

Hi, I no longer work on this project or any related projects for STN, however have you considered that the language selector only takes capitals?

Ah rats. @RinTohsaka64 I was replying via email and didn't notice that the video was not infact included.
