Ensure Y margin for Animation and Value submodules is the same #294

Overview

Problem statement

Currently, there are pages where the margin Y is different from one submodule to another submodule. Specifically on the Animation and Value submodules.

Proposed solutions

Ensure that all the Y margins surrounding the article and lecture page are the same.

@scottjr632 It seems like I can't edit labels for issues :) Anyways, didn't want to submit a PR for a closed issue. Hope I did everything Ok.
