Add AOS (Animate on Scroll) library to pages #9

The AOS library will be a quick and easy way to make the website more lively. This is not high on priority, and we should probably wait until more of the other pages are done first.

I think I'll just add this now so then when we make new pages, it is a simply a case of copying the required init code.
