Describe the bug
After Refueling the Car my Full Tuned Car is as slow as an non tuned Car, even tho it still shows that the full Tune is inside the car.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Full Tune your Car
Drive Around
Refuel ur Car
Car drives now like an untuned Car
Expected behavior:
Car drives normal like before the Refuel!

I don't have Infos provided but I can surely do. We tested this symptome for 2h yesterday with drag races and stuff and the cars are clearly untuned after refueling.
