[SUGGESTION] Display extended minimap #91

Be able to display the extended minimap, e.g. with Z like in GTA V. I would've PR-ed, but I don't know how to redraw the borders, I do know the native though: SetBigmapActive - https://docs.fivem.net/natives/?_0x231C8F89D0539D8F
