Issue where the Menu Doesnt Even Show #44

[ script:ps-multijob] SCRIPT ERROR: @ps-multijob/server/sv_main.lua:11: attempt to call a nil value (field 'GetOfflinePlayerByCitizenId') server pops this out everytime you attempt to access the menu
