Made the small refactoring of system

List of changes:

Moved endpoint to create user to different controller class
Moved method to create User from ProfileService to UserService
Made the type migration in UserProfile, changed primitives to Value Objects
Introduced factory to create a UserEntity from CreateUserInfo data.
