Description: Create a feature in the startup’s profile settings that allows them to customize their notification preferences, such as types of notifications they wish to receive and how (e.g., email, in-app).

Acceptance Criteria:

Startups can access notification settings from their profile settings page.
Users can select which types of notifications they want to receive and through what mediums.
Changes in settings must be saved and reflected immediately in the notification system's behavior.
