While looking through GoG's items, I came across Nether Wart Jam. After researching the process on making jam, I decided to add the lemon as a crop as lemon juice is one of the ingredients used in the process of making jam.
Currently there is little to no documentation on how to make a crop with KubeJS as there are no examples, but I was able to implement it after seeing it used in a support ticket.
Edit: Successful implementation! Now just need to work on textures.
