[0.2.x] Mystical Agriculture recipe reworks pt.2

Mystical Agriculture was a bit too easy to get into, so recipes will be tweaked again to require even more Create automation.

This is to address the following aspects:

[x] Agglomeratios are currently shaped only, so I want to convert them all to suitable shapeless recipes. Some of them will require manually writing them due to the presence of bottles and buckets and replace them with Fluid.of() counterparts.
[x] Currently brass, steel, diamond, emeralds, supremium, etc. are a bit too easy to get. This will be addressed in a future patch... might end up forgetting to update this on the GitHub Projects page though.

Need to review essence to ingot / item recipes to make them consistent across the board as well...

[x] Recipe for Gold Essence to Gold Ingot changed to be consistent with the others.
