I'm testing the extension and trying to understand its function. On settings page seems there is some undocumented fields:

I could see that this fields they have a wrong id on MembershipExtension.tpl and no apparent help text on MembershipExtension.hlp.

@systopia If you tell me which branch I can send a PR with changes.
