join_date ambiguous for assignment #8

The automatic assignment (synchronisation) currently respects start_date and join_date. This, however, causes problems if there is two live memberships, since the join_date would make them appear overlapping even though they are not wrt start_date-end_date.

seems to work fine, is now tested in 0.4.beta1
